As the highest representative of PLAIBER, SA and in order that a strategy can be developed to achieve improvement in the management of Quality in the company, I establish the following Quality Policy: 1) Orient the activities of the company towards the Achievement of Satisfaction of both the client's requirements and the legal and regulatory ones, through the establishment of objectives, their measurement and periodic monitoring. 2) Continuously improve the efficiency of the company, through the achievement of the objectives in the different Departments. and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. 3) Ensure continuous training for staff, support for Continuous Improvement, ensuring the availability of resources. 4) Implement Self-control in manufacturing processes, as the main methodology to obtain Execution Quality. 5) Monitoring and evaluation, to encourage our suppliers to improve the quality and services of their products. 6) For its implementation to be effective, I commit to: Commitment to comply with and enforce this Quality Policy Monitor the implementation and continuous adaptation of the Quality System to the purpose of the organization, through Reviews by The Management Disseminate this Quality Policy in the company and this is within the organization Disseminate outside the company, both to customers and suppliers, so that they are aware of it Provide the necessary resources, both financial and personnel and their training, to achieve this Quality Policy.
